  • A non-refundable planning fee may be required before travel services commence. This fee covers research, itinerary design, and consultation time.

  • Full payment or deposits for third-party services (e.g., hotels, tours, flights) must follow each supplier's policies and deadlines.

  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all travel documents before final confirmation (e.g., names, dates, passport details).

 

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are subject to change until confirmed. Pricing may vary based on availability, seasonality, currency fluctuations, or changes by third-party suppliers. Quotes are typically in USD unless stated otherwise.

 

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

  • All cancellation policies follow the rules of the relevant third-party suppliers.

  • Planning fees paid to Endless Travel International are non-refundable.

  • Changes after booking may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the request and supplier terms.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

 

5. Travel Insurance

Endless Travel International strongly encourages all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to insufficient coverage.

 

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your passport, visas, and vaccinations are valid for your destination(s)

  • Reviewing and confirming your final itinerary and travel documents

  • Adhering to local laws, customs, and health requirements while traveling

 

7. Third-Party Suppliers

While we carefully select our partners, we act solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for acts, errors, delays, omissions, or failures of any third-party providers. Any disputes or issues must be addressed directly with the supplier.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endless Travel International shall not be liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity due to negligence or default of any third party

  • Acts of God, weather, force majeure, or government actions that disrupt travel plans

  • Your failure to follow travel regulations or instructions

All content on our website and in our communications (text, design, branding, images, itinerary formats) is the property of Endless Travel International and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.
