Refund Policy

At Endless Travel International, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized travel planning services. Please review our refund policy carefully before engaging our services or making a payment.

 

. Planning & Consultation Fees

All planning, consultation, and itinerary design fees are non-refundable. These fees compensate for the time, research, and expertise involved in crafting your custom travel experience—even if you decide not to proceed with the trip.

 

2. Third-Party Bookings (Hotels, Tours, Flights, etc.)

Refunds for services booked through third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, tour operators, airlines) are subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies of those providers. We will communicate these terms before confirming any booking.

  • Some services may be non-refundable or partially refundable based on timing or fare class.

  • Endless Travel International does not control or guarantee refunds from third-party suppliers.

  • If a refund is issued by a supplier, we will assist in processing it, minus any non-recoverable service charges.

 

3. Changes, Modifications & Rebooking

Changes to itineraries after confirmation may incur additional fees or penalties based on the supplier’s policies. We will provide options and help navigate any changes, but change-related fees are not refundable.

4. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refunds will be subject to the terms of each individual supplier. Endless Travel International cannot guarantee refunds in these situations but will advocate on your behalf where possible.

 

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, which may cover trip cancellations, interruptions, and non-refundable expenses due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be granted for reasons that could be covered by travel insurance.
